Himanshu currently teaches and conducts research at premier Business Schools in India and Singapore. Prior to this, he worked as a Managing Director at Accenture. Prior experiences include Arthur D Little, the world's oldest and storied consulting firm; establishing and operating a niche Strategy and Organization Design company; working as an automobile manufacturing engineer at the very start of his career.

He has deep and varied experience in B2B sales of professional services including customer acquisition, corporate relationship management, shaping end-to-end solutions, and driving campaigns and a strong track record as a business builder having established new capabilities and successfully managed large virtually distributed global teams
